Our Speakers:  Dr. Janis Ryder is the President of Ryder Consulting. She has over 20 years of experience leading high-performance teams in the public health, retail banking, not-for-profit, and higher education sectors, Janis Ryder has a passion for and proven track record in build the capacity and effectiveness of organizations and the potential and impact of their leaders. Her clients describe her as a strategic, creative, passionate and compassionate, results-oriented change agent, mentor, teacher and coach.  

Audrey Ng is an HR Consultant for Notch HR Consulting. She is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) with experience in the insurance, high-tech, and manufacturing industries. She is also a board member for the not-for-profit Vancouver Ultimate League.  

Gary Muuren is the Director of HR for JJM Construction Ltd. Gary is an experienced Human Resources professional with a demonstrated history of working in the paper & forest products industry. Skilled in Negotiation, Career Development, HR Consulting, Coaching, and Deferred Compensation. Strong human resources professional with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) focused in Business Administration and Management, General from Royal Roads University.
